Full Migration Services When Switching to ClassFit
If you’re switching from another scheduling software provider, we offer a full migration service where we can transfer your existing contacts, their memberships and any class packs they may already hold with you.
We’ll work with you to ensure a seamless transition to ensure minimal disruption to your business and a great experience for your customers. Depending on who you are currently using, we’ll provide you with a list of the details we need to get started and then a proposed completion date – which is totally customizable depending on your business plans.
If you don’t have existing clients with memberships and class packs, then importing your clients into ClassFit yourself is incredibly simple, and can be done in just a few minutes.

How long is the process to set up a new ClassFit account?
Setting up a ClassFit account takes just a couple of minutes and because we don’t ask you to sign a contract, you can sign up yourself without any barriers. There is no obligation so you are welcome to try ClassFit out, simply to see if you like it. We don’t believe in locking people into contracts so if you don’t like it, you are free to leave at any time.
Will I have any help setting up my account?
Yes, our customer service runs 7 days a week so we’re always on hand to help guide you through the setting up process. We offer one-to-one demos to help guide you and we also have a comprehensive knowledge base if you wanted an immediate answer. If you need help integrating your booking calendar or pricing widget into your website, then we are also happy to take care of this for you. Finally, if you are switching from another scheduling software provider, we do also offer a full migration service if you have clients with currently active memberships and class packs.
How do I switch if I'm already using another scheduling software provider?
The process of switching from another provider could not be more simple. If you don’t have customers with currently active memberships or class packs, then you can set-up your account and upload your contacts into ClassFit within minutes. If you do have customers with currently active memberships or class packs, then we can fully migrate all of your customer’s purchasing history and contact details for you.
