Why was my payment declined
The most likely reasons for a card being declined are:
- Your payment card details have not been added to ClassFit, or are incorrect.
- Insufficient funds,
- A card has passed its expiry date
- A card issuer has withheld funds pending client confirmation that the transaction is legitimate.
If this happens to you, we would recommend checking your payment details are correct within the setting page of your ClassFit account. If they are correct we recommend calling your card issuer to confirm that all is in order, and that the attempted payment was genuine. Once you have done this you should be able to re-attempt payment.
