FAQ
Refund if replaced is one option the class organizer can choose out of many, however it is the one that we recommend. We like to think this is really simple, and really ‘human’. What this means is that if someone drops out, they will be refunded if someone else takes their place. If this isn’t for you, we also offer more traditional options which you can customize to suit your needs, including no refunds, partial refunds, and full refunds which you can offer to customers who drop out 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours before the start of your class.
If ‘refund if replaced’ is chosen, when a client signs up and drops out, they will be refunded only if their place is taken by someone else. This is to incentivize clients to not wait until the last minute to drop out when they are difficult to replace. Once replaced they will receive a refund less the transaction fee of 5%.
